Refund Policy

Returns

Our return request policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. After the 15 day period, the return will no longer be available. For a complete return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Furthermore. the item must be returned in the original package. To complete the return and refund, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. The cost incurred to ship the returned item is borne by the sender and will not be refundable. Returns for damaged or missing items will only be possible if at the time of delivery by the courier the customer accepts the goods through the right of reservation.

Refund (where applicable)

Once the returned package has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that your shipment has been successful. We will also inform you regarding the acceptance or rejection of the return procedure. If the refund process is approved, we will automatically transfer the amount in question to your credit card or the payment method originally used, within 30 days of accepting the return.

Please note: For all items purchased on sale or at a discount, a full refund is not always guaranteed, however you will receive a discount voucher that you can use in our online store.

Shipping

For information regarding the shipping of the return package, contact us at the email: dropinglese@gmail.com remembering to include the order number. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the sender and is non-refundable.
